Oh So Simple :)

Yeh, cheesy title i know :)...
Just a Review on the Simple Skincare I use.
From Left:
Vital Vitamin Day Cream.
Nourishing Eye Makeup Remover Cream
Purifying Cleansing Lotion
Pore Minimising Toning Cleanser
Hydrating Light Moisturiser

I tend to use eye make up remover first, I apply a pea size amount to my fingertips and gentley massage it around my eye area to break up the product, then i remove with a cotton wool pad. This particular remover is sooo gentle on the eyes and removes waterproof mascara without having to rub.:) I repeat this for the other eye and then move onto cleanser.

For the cleanser i add a penny size amount to two cotton pads and massage this into my skin. I repeat this as many times as it takes to remove all makeup. Usually about 2-3 :)

After this i take the toner and with a cotton ball sweep this all over my face. (At the moment im using tea tree oil but i normally use this) The pore minimising toner isnt as good as the regular kind, as it has a pretty bad chemical smell and isnt really good for use near the eyes. It still removes the last traces of makup though.

Finally i use moisturiser. At the moment im using the Vital Vitamin version as my skin is very dry and this formula is much creamier, however when summer comes around i will be back to the light moisturiser as it doesnt clog pores when its warm.

I absolutely adore these products and buy them over and over again because they're great for sensitive skin like mine as they have no colours or fragrance.

There are other ranges for things such as mild acne, sun protection and ageing. So I recommend trying them out!

Hope this has helped :)

Not really, when its part of your everyday routine it just comes naturally.

-Name a makeup crime that you hate?

Review - Benefit Play Sticks :D

So I got this Foundation about a year ago, (well my mum bought me it) :D and i've probably only used around half of it. I wear it when im going somewhere special or i need an extra bit of coverage as i tend to wear minimal foundation on a day to day basis. I'm only 16 so i don't like to trowel it on like the majority of girls at my school :)

Anyhow, the first time i tried this foundation it felt a bit cakey and i didnt really like it all that much. However i soon found out that this is because i hadnt realised it was a cream to powder foundation. So round two and a much smaller amount of product later, I LOVE IT. Its excellent at covering my blemishes and leaves a smooth matte finish, also a little goes a long way (Which it ought to really when it costs £25.50). It smells gorgeous too as it contains green tea and chamomile, which is also good for the skin :D

It comes in 9 different shades and i got the one called 'Jax' which i would say is one of the paler ones.

I'd reccomend applying with a liquid foundation brush ( I use a Ruby and Millie face brush) as it starts off as a cream so could clog up a powder foundation brush. Then i tend to blend out with a cosmetic sponge. This works really well for me, however its always good to find the way that works best for you :). USE SPARINGLY!!!

If anyone else has this i'd love to know your thoughts and opinions :)
